Solution Focused Hypnotherapy does exactly what it says - it focuses on the solution and not the problems.  Clients come with problems and leave with solutions.  

We use a combination of trance and psychotherapy techniques to allow clients to make significant, positive changes in their lives. 

Hypnotherapy is a safe immensely powerful & relaxing tool which can be used to help clients break the negative cycle of Anxiety, Depression and Stress.


In hypnosis, a person will be more open to suggestion and therefore be able to change patterns of behaviour that are unhelpful, but no one can make you do anything you don’t want to do.

Who is Hypnotherapy for

 My clients come from all different walks of life and bring a wide variety of problems.  As I work only on-line geography is not an issue.

As I focus on the solution not the problem then we want to:

  • Acknowledge where you are currently
  • Identify where you want to be
  • Help you with the tools you need to make the changes needed

So long as you want to make changes to the way you think or feel, then this therapy can be highly effective for you.

What to Expect

 The first step is to contact me either by phone or by the email, I will arrange an initial consultation, this is an information gathering session, where I will also give a detailed brain explanation, this last approx. 50 minutes and is currently free.  If we decide to work together and go ahead with a course of therapy, we would agree a schedule and method to suit us both.  I would explain my process & pricing, and answer any question you have.

After the initial consultation I would send a recording of my guided meditation to you to listen to each night as you go to sleep, along with an email giving my T&C's and payment terms.

Each session after that will last 50 minutes to an hour, the first 25 minutes being talking therapy and the last 25 minutes being trance.  You should feel a difference quickly although the optimum is 10-12 sessions*.

I love to see the often life changing impact that Solution focused hypnotherapy can have on my clients.  There is a tipping point typically around session four where the clients move away from the problem, and becomes engaged in ways they wouldn't have dreamt of at the start of their journey.


*For Smoking Cessation - this is a one off session for one and a half - two hours duration.

*For Fears and Phobias - this is an initial consultation and three 50 minute sessions.
